After you post a problem publicly, a "support agent" DMs you offering help, then guides you to a phishing site or asks for your seed phrase or a signature.
Why it works
People in a panic over stuck funds lower their guard. The impersonator uses official-looking names and avatars to seem credible.
The rule
Legitimate support does not DM first and never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Use only official support channels, and never sign or share anything at a stranger request.
